Can you guess which one is me. I identify as honey, mom, and grandma. I have a wonderful husband, two sons, one daughter, one daughter-in-law, one son-in-law and 6 lovely granddaughters, 4 grandpups and a grand kitty.
I live in the small Norwegian community of Petersburg, Alaska, where I was born and raised. I love being Alaskan and I love my little Scandinavian town. My mom and dad are both first generation Americans, with my mom’s dad coming from Sweden in the late 1920’s and my dad’s mom and dad coming from Norway in the early 1900’s.
Petersburg is in Southeast Alaska, which is just west of British Columbia on Alaska's Panhandle. We live in a the Tongas National Rainforest, so there are lots of wet days to craft and sew. I always have my hands busy doing something. Welcome to my blog where I share inspiration for the crafts I love.
